This workshop will examine what the first three years as a principal are really like. New principals will examine some of the managing issues that have to be addressed so that they can really lead their building.

Participants will learn how to organize their calendar, how to keep short and long lists, how to manage the paper work, mail, emails, etc. Participants will also experience how to develop, balance and keep relationships with parents, students, teachers and their superintendent.
